The tour from the Origin of River Tisza: Now you can conquer several untouched spots, – walking or rafting- almost undiscovered by tourists. All the equipments (rubber boat, paddles, neopren clothing, life jacket, sandals) are provided by us. 12- 20 people are to gather in a tour. If you have ever tried canoing you can explore the fabulous sights of Sub- Carpathia.

Our experts are the best of their fields, supported by the most modern tools and equipments so that you can enjoy yourself naturally good.

 

Duration: 8 days, 7 nights

 

A planned schedule:

Day 1.  Arrival on ’Vidám Delfin Kemping” (Happy Dolphin campsite), Tiszabecs. Social evening, campfire after dinner.

Day 2.  Crossing the Ukrainen border (by bus) after breakfast then have a go to the Origin of the Tisza by military jeeps. While travelling you can visit the ruins of Huszt and the monument of ’Centre of Europe”. Campsite on the nomadic slope of the mountain.

Day 3.  Travelling by bus to Kostilivka. Illicit camping. In the afternoon: basic education on how to raft in wild waters. Dinner.

Day 4.  Walking trip to the origin of the White Tisza (a six- hour- walk). In the afternoon rafting on rubber boats (3- 4 hours)

Day 5.  Rafting all day long on the Romanien- Ukrainen borders (7- 8 hours). Camping in Aknaslatina.

Day 6.  Bathing facilities in the salty mine lake in the morning and rafting back home to Bustyaháza in the afternnon. Dinner.

Day 7.  After breakfast, a water trip to Nagyszőlős. Wine- cellar visit optional in the evening. 

Day 8.  Water trip to the Hungarian border, arrival at ’Vidám Delfin Kemping”.

 

Participation fee: 41, 900 HUF. The sum consists of the rent of  equipments, the bus fare from Tiszabecs, camping site accomodation (where available), the guide’s fee.

Meals can be ordered privately on every station of the tour, a maximum fee is 10 – 15.000 HUF/ sitting.

 

Departing days: 26 June - 03 July, 03- 09 July, 14- 21 July, 31 July - 07 August, 2010.
